Reichhold Holdings gets official unsecured creditor committee of seven

New York, Oct. 15 – Reichhold Holdings US, Inc.’s Chapter 11 trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis assigned the company a seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors, according to an Oct. 14 notice with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Members of the committee are Craig Yamaoka of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. of Washington D.C.; Arthur Mergner of Stepan Co. of Northfield, Ill.; Tom Jeanson of Americas Styrenics of Wilmington, Del.; Maria Limarenko of Evonik Corp. of Parsippany, N.J.; David Jury of United Steelworkers of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Marjorie Klayman of Alnor Oil Co., Inc. of Valley Stream, N.Y.; and Raeann Warner of the Estate of Anna R. Hartgrave of Wilmington, Del.

Reichhold supplies resins for the industrial, transportation, construction, marine, consumer and graphic arts markets. It is based in Durham, N.C. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 30 under Chapter 11 case number 14-12237.
