New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.69 million contingent coupon autocallables on two ETFs

By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., July 23 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.69 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due July 6, 2020 linked to the least performing of the SPDR S&P Biotech exchange-traded fund and the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly contingent coupon at an annual rate of 11.1% if each ETF closes at or above its coupon barrier, 55% of its initial level, on the related quarterly observation date.

The notes will be called at par if each ETF closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly trigger observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any ETF closes below its 55% knock-in level on any day during the life of the notes, in which case the payout will be par plus the return of the lowest performing ETF, subject to a maximum payout of par.
