New Issue: Scotiabank prices $18.94 million digital notes on SPDR S&P Oil & Gas

Columbus, Ohio, April 9 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $18.94 million of 0% digital notes due May 7, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,132 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
