AerCap repurchases $4.2 million in notes due 2020, 2021, 2022

Chicago, July 22 – AerCap Global Aviation Trust has repurchased $4,239,000 in notes, according to a Euronext Dublin announcement.

AerCap repurchased $36,000 of its 8¼% notes due 2020 (ISIN: US459745GF62), $3,000 of its 8 5/8% notes due 2022 (ISIN: US459745GK57) and $4.2 million of its 4 5/8% notes due 2021 (ISIN: US459745GQ28).

In each case, the notes were accepted for purchase by AerCap on July 20.

After the repurchases, $257,903,000 of the 8¼% notes, $284,274,000 of the 8 5/8% notes and $164,614,000 of the 4 5/8% notes remain outstanding.
