Thailand’s Energy Earth eyes up to 15 billion baht of debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., April 10 – Energy Earth PCL is proposing to issue up to 15 billion baht of debentures with maturities of up to 10 years.

The debentures may be offered in one or more tranches and may be issued on a revolving basis. The debentures may be sold domestically or internationally.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval.

The energy company is based in Bangkok.
