PWC Capital to make Dec. 31 payment for 9% notes in common shares

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 8 – PWC Capital Inc. will make the Dec. 31 interest payment for its 9% series C notes due Oct. 16, 2018 in common shares of Pacific & Western Bank of Canada, according to a press release.

The number of total shares delivered to noteholders will be calculated by dividing the total Dec. 31 interest payable in cash of C$2,776,725, less the amount of any tax withheld, by the volume weighted average trading price of the Pacific and Western shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the five consecutive trading days ending Dec. 30.

Noteholders will receive their pro rata shares of the total, with fractional amounts paid in cash.

The investment company is based in London, Ont.
