Victory Capital to launch $50 million add-on term loan B on Friday

New York, April 23 – Victory Capital Management is scheduled to hold a lender call at 10 a.m. ET on Friday to launch a $50 million add-on term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund a distribution to shareholders.

Victory Capital is a Brooklyn, Ohio-based asset manager.
