Voya Financial to price seven-year senior notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 26 – Voya Financial, Inc. expects to sell dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes due 2024, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Voya Holdings Inc.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners. BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Commerzbank Capital Markets Corp. are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to redeem a portion of the company’s senior notes due 2018.
