FWD calls all $100 million 4.15% notes due 2023 for redemption

New York, April 12 – FWD Ltd. will redeem all $100 million of its 4.15% notes due 2023 on May 22, according to a notice from the issuer.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest.

FWP is a Hong Kong-based insurance company offering life and medical insurance, general insurance and employee benefits in Asian markets.
