New Issue: BMO prices $10,000 market-linked notes tied to stock basket

Chicago, Aug. 7 – Bank of Montreal priced $10,000 of 0% market-linked notes due July 31, 2026 linked to an equally-weighted basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the shares of Cintas Corp., Edwards Lifesciences Corp., Freeport-McMoRan Inc., Intuitive Surgical, Inc., KLA Corp., ServiceNow, Inc., Prologis, Inc., Roper Technologies, Inc., Schlumberger NV and Synopsys, Inc., each with a 10% weight.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the return of the basket up to par plus 27%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
