New Issue: Barclays prices $500,000 11.15% autocallable fixed-coupon notes on Freeport McMoRan

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of 11.15% autocallable fixed-coupon notes due Oct. 18, 2022 linked to the of the common stock of Freeport-McMoRan Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The notes will be called at par of $10,000 if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call observation date.

The payout will be par unless the stock has finished below its 70% barrier level, in which case investors will be exposed to all losses, payable in shares or cash at the option of the issuer.

Barclays is the agent.
