Israel’s Perion Network eyes offering of domestic debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., June 13 – Perion Network Ltd. is considering an offering of debentures in Israel, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The potential Regulation S offering is subject to approval from the company’s board of directors, the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Perion is an ad-tech company based in Holon, Israel.
