Neuberger Berman CLO extends deadline in consent solicitation

New York, Sept. 11 – Neuberger Berman CLO XIII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XIII, LLC announced the extension of its consent solicitation for several series of its notes.

The consent deadline is now noon ET on Sept. 17, pushed back from 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 9.

As reported earlier in the month, the company is seeking consents in order to allow it to attempt to qualify for the loan securitization exemption of the Volcker Rule, according to a filing from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The following series are affected: class A notes (Cusip numbers 64129GAA4, G6431CAA0 and 64129GAB2), class B notes (Cusip numbers 64129GAC0, G6431CAB8 and 64129GAD8), class C notes (Cusip numbers 64129GAE6, G6431CAC6 and 64129GAF3), class D notes (Cusip numbers 64129GAG1, G6431CAD4 and 64129GAH9), class E notes (Cusip numbers 64129DAD5, G6431CAD4 and 64129GAH9), class F notes (Cusip numbers 64129DAF0, G64313AC6 and 64129DAG8) and subordinated notes (Cusip numbers 64129DAB9, G64313AA0 and 64129DAC7).

The record date is Aug. 5.

Eligible holders may submit consents to U.S. Bank (attn: Global Corporate Trust Services - Ermina Latic-Selimagic at ermina.laticselimagic@usbank.com).

The Chicago-based firm is part of Neuberger Berman Group, LLC. It launched the solicitation on Sept. 3.
