Chile’s ENAP mandates banks for long-dated dollar benchmark notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Sept. 5 – Empresa Nacional del Petroleo (ENAP) has selected bookrunners for a long-dated benchmark offering of dollar-denominated notes, according to market sources.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and JPMorgan are organizing investor meetings in a roadshow that began in Chile on Monday and will wrap up on Friday, a source said.

Santiago-based ENAP is a state-owned energy development and production enterprise of the Republic of Chile.
