Deal sells 10 million common shares at $0.01 apiece to Group8 Mining

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 20 – First Liberty Power Corp. settled a $100,000 private placement of stock with Group8 Mining Innovations on July 23, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 10 million common shares at $0.01 per share.

The Las Vegas company explores for antimony and other metals.
