Levy Group obtains $90 million senior secured credit facility via CIT

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Aug. 18 – Levy Group Inc. obtained a $90 million senior secured credit facility, according to a press release from CIT Group Inc.

CIT Commercial Services served as lead arranger, bookrunner, syndication agent, administrative agent, collateral agent, documentation agent and a lender for the facility.

New York-based Levy Group is a designer, manufacturer, importer, marketer and distributor of men’s and women’s clothing.
