RSP Permian to repay revolving credit facility via notes offering

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 17 – RSP Permian, Inc. will repay amounts drawn under its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from an offering of senior notes, according to a press release.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The company plans to offer $450 million of notes due 2022.

Based in Dallas, RSP is an oil and gas producer.
