New Issue: Delhi International Airport sells $288.75 million 6.12% seven-year notes at par

Virginia Beach, Jan. 27 – India’s Delhi International Airport (Dial) sold $288.75 million of 6.12% seven-year notes (BB) on Tuesday at par, a market source said.

The notes were sold via Regulation S.

Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
