Shackleton 2013-III CLO set to refinance all secured notes Jan. 16

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 22 – Shackleton 2013-III CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2013-III CLO, LLC will redeem all classes of its secured notes on Jan. 16, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $193,240,179.37 for the class A notes;

• $37,317,628.19 for the class B-1 notes;

• $18,659,100 for the class B-2 notes;

• $36,901,949.80 for the class C-1 notes;

• $6,067,200 for the class C-2 notes;

• $26,342,798.18 for the class D notes;

• $24,151,139.90 for the class E notes; and

• $8,903,378.66 for the class F notes.

The subordinated notes are not being redeemed.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
