Louisville/Jefferson, Ky., water works board plans $64.33 million bonds

New York, Aug. 1 – The Water Works Board of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Government, Ky., is set to price $64,325,000 of series 2014A water system refunding revenue bonds for the Louisville Water Co., according to a preliminary official statement. Pricing is scheduled for Aug. 13.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) will be sold competitively with Raymond James/Morgan Keegan as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2031.

Proceeds will be used to refund the board’s series 2006 revenue bonds.
