Atradius accepts €242.12 million of 2044 notes from tender offer

Chicago, April 16 – Atradius Finance BV is accepting €242,115,000, or all of the tendered notes, from its any-and-all offer that started on April 8, according to an announcement.

The company was offering to buy notes at 100.625 from the outstanding issue of €250 million of fixed-to-floating rate guaranteed subordinated notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1028942354).

Accrued interest to the settlement date will also be paid.

The first call date on the notes is Sept. 23.

The offer expired at 1 p.m. ET on April 15.

The tender offer is expected to settle on April 19.

BNP Paribas (+33 1 55 77 78 94, liability.management@bnpparibas.com) and J.P. Morgan SE (+44 20 7134 2468, liability_management_EMEA@jpmorgan.com) are the dealer managers.

Kroll Issuer Services Ltd. is the tender agent.

The offer was subject to a new financing condition or new euro-denominated notes. That new offering priced on April 10 and is expected to settle on April 17.

The purpose of the offer is to proactively manage debt.

Atradius NV is the guarantor.

Atradius is an Amsterdam-based subsidiary of Atradius NV. It provides finance and support services to the Atradius Group.
