Zodiac Pool Solutions English proceedings recognized, schemes enforced

Pittsburgh, Aug. 29 – Zodiac Pool Solutions SAS was granted U.S. recognition of its English proceedings in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition, the court enforced the schemes of arrangement filed in the English proceedings. The schemes were sanctioned by the U.K. court on July 31.

Zodiac, a London-based supplier of swimming pool care products, filed bankruptcy on July 31. The Chapter 15 case number is 14-11818.
