Townsquare announces new notes and loans to fund the call of $411 million notes due 2019

Portland, Ore., March 2 – Townsquare Media, Inc. announced in a Monday press release that it plans to use proceeds from a new offering of senior notes and a new senior secured credit facility to fund the redemption of $410.9 million of its 9% senior notes due 2019.

The notes will be called on April 1 at 106.75.

Townsquare Media is a Greenwich, Conn.-based media and entertainment and digital marketing services company.
