New Issue: Harris County Improvement District, Texas, sells $55.65 million bonds

New York, July 30 – The Harris County Improvement District No. 18 of Texas sold $55.65 million of series 2014 unlimited tax bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2035 with a term bond due in 2038. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.236.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the district’s series 2013 bond anticipation notes, which were issued to finance water, wastewater and drainage facilities.
