China’s Yuexiu Transport talks €200 million notes due 2018 at mid-swaps plus 175 bps area

Atlanta, April 29 – China’s Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Ltd. set talk in the mid-swaps plus 175 basis points area for a €200 million offering of notes due May 7, 2018 (Baa2/BBB-/BBB-), a market source said.

Bank of China, BOC International, HSBC, JPMorgan and Nomura Securities are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal, which is expected to price as soon as Wednesday.

The notes will be issued by Famous Kind International Ltd. and guaranteed by Yuexiu Transport.

The issuer is based in Hong Kong.
