Moody’s gives Yuexiu Transport program Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Baa2 senior unsecured rating to the proposed medium-term note program to be issued by Famous Kind International Ltd. and to be unconditionally and irrecoverably guaranteed by Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Ltd. (Baa2 negative).

The outlook is negative.

Moody’s said the Baa2 rating reflects Yuexiu Transport's diversified toll road portfolio with long concession years, its good operating track record and ultimate ownership by the Guangzhou municipal government.
