New Issue: China’s Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure issues RMB 1 billion 3.78% five-year notes

New York, Jan. 29 – Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Ltd. has issued RMB 1 billion notes with a 3.78% coupon and five-year term, according to a company announcement.

At the end of the third year, the coupon rate may be adjusted at the company’s option, and holders may put the bond at that time.

The proceeds will be used to repay the group’s outstanding liabilities in China and supplement the group’s general working capital.

The notes, which were one of two medium-term note tranches for which the company applied in 2020, were issued on Jan. 28.

The transportation company develops, operates and manages toll roads, bridges and ports in China.
