Harbourmaster redeems first-priority notes at maturity, no other notes

Norfolk, Va., July 21 – Harbourmaster CLO 3 Ltd. had enough available proceeds to redeem its €380 million class A first-priority secured floating-rate notes due 2014 at maturity, according to a notice.

It did not have enough to redeem in full its class B1 second-priority secured floating-rate notes due 2014, class B2 second-priority secured fixed-rate notes due 2014, class C third-priority secured floating-rate notes due 2014 or class D subordinated notes due 2014.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.
