New Issue: Singapore’s Dyna-Mac prices S$50 million 4¼% notes due 2017 at par

Atlanta, July 24 – Singapore’s Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd. sold S$50 million three-year notes at par to yield 4¼% on Thursday, a market source said.
OCBC and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Dyna-Mac is a Singapore-based investment holding company that is engaged in the fabrication and assembly of topside modules for floating, production, storage and offloading vessels and for floating, storage and offloading vessels.
