Singapore’s Dyna-Mac sets up S$300 million multicurrency MTN program

Chicago, July 21 – Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd. said it established a S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the arranger and dealer.

The company has applied to list the notes with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

Dyna-Mac is a Singapore-based investment holding company that is engaged in the fabrication and assembly of topside modules for floating, production, storage and offloading vessels and floating, storage and offloading vessels.
