Sound Point CLO VII manager directs redemption of all secured notes

Olympia, Wash., June 5 – Sound Point CLO VII, Ltd./Sound Point CLO VII, LLC received direction from its collateral manager to redeem each class of secured notes on July 23, according to a notice.

The notes would be redeemed using sale proceeds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the collateral manager.
