Moody’s puts Falcon on review for upgrade

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Falcon Group Holdings (Cayman) Ltd.’s Ba3 ratings on review for upgrade.

“Today's rating action was prompted by Moody's re-assessment of Falcon's evolving credit profile, including the company’s targeted evolution of its business with the shift to higher volume and less risky counterparties and lower balance sheet leverage,” said Moody’s in a news release.
