Neuberger Berman CLO XII to redeem secured subordinated notes Jan. 25

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 12 – Neuberger Berman CLO XII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XII, LLC plans to redeem six classes of secured notes and some subordinated notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 25:

• $65,486,333.17 of class A-1-R notes, for a total redemption price of $65,843,095;

• $173,681,144.51 of class A-2-R-R notes, for a total redemption price of $174,649,531.52;

• $42.75 million of class B-R notes, for a total redemption price of $43,075,759.47;

• $27.1 million of class C-R notes, for a total redemption price of $27,375,760.39;

• $15.15 million of class D-R notes, for a total redemption price of $15,693,372.73; and

• $18.5 million of class E-R notes, for a total redemption price of $18,837,174.71.

For the $42.15 million of subordinated notes, the redemption price will be the respective proportional share of the amount of the proceeds from the assets after giving effect to the redemption of the secured debt and full payment of all expenses.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC is the collateral manager.
