Neuberger Berman CLO XII to make amendment to 2012 CLO transaction

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 1 – Neuberger Berman CLO XII, Ltd. and Neuberger Berman CLO XII, LLC plan to amend the indenture governing their Aug. 16, 2012 collateralized loan obligation, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The amendment will replace the phrase “this sentence” at the end of the first sentence of section 9.2(a) with the phrase “the immediately following sentence.”

The issuers will execute the supplemental indenture on Oct. 15 unless a majority of the controlling class objects.

The CLO includes class X-R notes, class A-1-R notes, class A-2-R notes, class B-R notes, class C-R notes, class D-R notes, class E-R notes and subordinated notes. The deal size was originally $399 million, and the issuers sold $356.85 million of notes in a refinancing of the CLO in July.

Eligible holders may submit questions to U.S. Bank at 312 332-6912 or robert.watel@usbank.com.

The Chicago-based firm is part of Neuberger Berman Group, LLC.
