Neuberger Berman CLO issuers call for class A-2-R notes, four others

Chicago, July 13 – Neuberger Berman CLO XII, Ltd. and Neuberger Berman CLO XII, LLC will redeem their $183 million principal amount of class A-2-R notes on July 25.

The redemption price for the class A-2-R notes will be $183,827,145.26, including $827,145.26 of interest, according to a notice. The record date is July 24.

The company also called four series of notes on July 15 as follows, with a record date of July 14:

• $275.5 million of class A-1 notes for a purchase price of $276,961,296.77, including $1,461,296.77 of interest;

• $60 million of class A-2 notes for a purchase price of $60,526,500, including $526,500 of interest;

• $18.75 million of class B-2 notes for a purchase price of $18,952,031.25, including $202,031.25 of interest; and

• $1 million of class C-2 notes for a purchase price of $1,013,400, including $13,400 of interest.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
