Vesteda plans €500 million of fixed-rate senior green bonds due 2027

Olympia, Wash., May 16 – Vesteda Residential Fund FGR (/BBB+/) said Vesteda Finance BV plans to issue €500 million of fixed-rate senior green bonds due 2027.

As previously reported, the company mandated ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING, Rabobank and SMBC Nikko as joint bookrunners, with ABN Amro the green bond structuring adviser, to lead a series of fixed income investor meetings across Europe that started May 10.

FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.

The stabilization period for the inaugural Regulation S benchmark bonds was expected to begin Thursday and end no later than June 15. The stabilizing manager is Cooperatieve Rabobank UA.

Vesteda is a residential real estate investment fund based in Amsterdam.
