Vesteda to start roadshow for eight- to 10-year green senior bond

Olympia, Wash., May 7 – Vesteda Residential Fund FGR (/BBB+/) plans to offer a euro-denominated fixed-rate eight- to 10-year inaugural green senior bond, according to a market source.

The company has mandated ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING, Rabobank and SMBC Nikko as joint bookrunners, with ABN Amro the green bond structuring adviser, to lead a series of fixed income investor meetings across Europe starting Friday.

The inaugural Regulation S benchmark bond will follow, subject to market conditions.

FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.
