Global Cloud Xchange loan maturity, effective date deadline extended

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 1 – Global Cloud Xchange’s debtor-in-possession facility maturity date and plan effective date deadline have been extended as part of an amendment to the DIP credit agreement, according to an order filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, the amendment modifies the definitions of the maturity date and outside effective date so that both are now set at April 10.

Global Cloud Xchange offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions customized for carriers, enterprises and new media companies. It is based in London. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-12031.
