TICP CLO II holders, manager discuss potential redemption of notes

Olympia, Wash., March 12 – TICP CLO II, Ltd./TICP CLO II, LLC said some holders or beneficial owners of its subordinated notes have entered into discussions with the collateral manager relating to a potential redemption of all or any classes of notes.

The notes would be redeemed using proceeds from a sale of the issuer’s assets, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-1A-R, A-1B-R, A-2A-R, A-2B-R, B-R, C, D and E notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
