AAC Holdings seeks to extend exclusive filing, solicitation periods

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 28 – AAC Holdings, Inc. is seeking court approval to extend its exclusive periods to file a Chapter 11 plan and solicit votes, according to a motion filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Specifically, the debtors are seeking to extend the plan filing period through Dec. 17 From Oct. 18 and the solicitation period through Feb. 15 from Dec. 17.
The debtors said they are seeking an extension in the event that their amended plan is not confirmed or does not go effective prior to the expiration of the current exclusive periods.
AAC provides inpatient substance abuse treatment services and is based in Brentwood, Tenn. The company filed bankruptcy on June 20 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11648.
