Tralee CLO II to redeem its seven classes of secured notes on Aug. 8

Columbus, Ohio, July 28 – Tralee CLO II Ltd./Tralee CLO II, LLC will redeem its secured notes at the direction of the holders of a majority of the subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed by a refinancing on Aug. 8 at the prices listed, which include accrued interest:

• $168,621,850.86 class A notes;

• $42,068,870.50 class B-1 notes;

• $10,016,800 class B-2 notes;

• $28,060,691.45 class C notes;

• $20,555,795.23 class D notes;

• $17,564,255.07 class E notes; and

• $8,530,536.69 class F notes.
