Tralee CLO III to redeem four series of notes on Nov. 18

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 4 – Tralee CLO III, Ltd., as issuer, and Tralee CLO III, LLC, as co-issuer, issued a notice of redemption for four series of notes in a refinancing, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed the following redemption prices on Nov. 18:

• $150,298,605.75 of class A-1 notes;

• $64,153,698.45 of class B notes;

• $29,090,669.61 of class C notes; and

• $14,065,199.31 of class D notes.

The record date will be Nov. 3.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Par-Four Investment Management, LLC manages the CLO.
