New Issue: CIBC sells $1 million leveraged participation notes with principal return on SPDR ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 9 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $1 million of leveraged upside participation and principal return notes due Aug. 2, 2027 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.07 times the gain of the ETF.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
