Ardagh Glass calls 8¾% senior notes due 2020 for redemption

New York, Jan. 13 – Ardagh Glass Finance plc said it will redeem all of its 8¾% senior notes due 2020 on Feb. 12.

The company will pay 104.375 plus accrued interest, according to a notice.

Ardagh priced €180 million of the notes on Jan. 13, 2010.

The issuer is a Dublin-based glass and metal container manufacturer.
