Madison Park Funding XIV will redeem six sets of notes on April 20

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – Madison Park Funding XIV, Ltd./Madison Park Funding XIV, LLC will fully redeem six sets of notes via a refinancing at the direction of holders of the majority of the subordinated notes, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on April 20 at the redemption amounts listed, which reflect par plus accrued interest:

• $412,542,112.75 class A-1 notes;

• $211,302,057.75 class A-2 notes;

• $136,073,287.13 class B notes;

• $45,464,637.38 class C-1 notes;

• $7,602,375 class C-2 notes; and

• $60,694,516.50 class D notes.

The class E and F and subordinated notes will not be redeemed.
