Citi plans to price five-year buffered PLUS tied to MSCI World

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 26, 2024 linked to the MSCI World index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 138.5% of any index gain.

If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.

The notes will price on Jan. 23.

The Cusip number is 17326W852.
