AIG to redeem £1 million series A-2 junior subordinated debentures

Columbus, Ohio, May 25 – American International Group, Inc. announced that it will redeem all its £1 million of outstanding series A-2 junior subordinated debentures (ISIN: XS0291641420) on June 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be par plus interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

AIG is a New York-based insurance provider.
