AIG will redeem all €750 million outstanding 1.5% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, April 8 – American International Group, Inc. announced that it will redeem all its €750 million of outstanding 1.5% notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1405781425) on May 10, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be calculated in accordance with the indenture governing the notes, plus interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

AIG is a New York-based insurance provider.
