OL Groupe to extend maturity of Oceanes by two years to 2017

New York, June 27 – OL Groupe announced that it will refinance its Oceane 2010 bonds at the request of principal holders ICMI and Pathé.

According to a press release, the company will extend the maturity to Dec. 31, 2017 from Dec. 28, 2015.

Assuming certain conditions are met, the changes will be approved by Sept. 15.

Lyon, France-based Olympique Lyonnais is a soccer club.
