Company sells 10 million common shares at $0.08 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., June 27 – Verde Science Inc. completed an $800,000 private placement of shares on June 27, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 10 million common shares at $0.08 apiece, a 100% premium to the June 26 closing share price of $0.04.
The medical marijuana company is based in Dallas.
